This is the BPS (British Psychological Society) journal for all things business and organisational psychology. It is a good and well respected journal. You will find lots of relevant and good quality articles in here. It used to be called the Journal of Occupational Psychology. Description: Publishes empirical and conceptual papers which aim to increase understanding of people and organizations at work. Papers include: industrial, organizational, engineering, vocational and personnel psychology, as well as behavioural aspects of industrial relations, ergonomics, human factors and industrial sociology.
